Our long-lasting roses are farmed in Colombia, South America. Each rose is carefully hand picked at their full bloom state and from there the roses will be dehydrated, preserved and dyed to give the lively and vibrant colors you expect from a rose.

All of our long-lasting roses are 100% real. Our roses are fresh cut and grown in Colombia.

Our long-lasting roses last a year or more when you follow the instructions. Our roses exceed regular store-bought roses that typically last a week and then will be thrown away. Besides the beauty of our long-lasting roses, our roses will smell until the end of time.

No! To maintain their optimal appearance, customers are advised not to remove the roses from the box; the arrangement is designed for them to stay inside throughout their entire lifespan. Each custom floral arrangement is created with meticulous care, ensuring each flower is thoughtfully placed within the box.

Our long-lasting floral arrangements are infused with organic rose oils to ensure they retain their delightful fragrance.

One of the great benefits of having a long-lasting floral arrangement that it requires minimal maintenance. No need to water the florals, do not spray the florals with any product, leave the roses in the designated box, avoid direct sun light and do not place any items in the floral arrangements, this can press and damage the rose petals. At Vita Rosa we offer various shipping possibilities. Depending on the size, shape of the arrangement and where it will be shipped to. At the check out page we offer you various options and shipping time for the delivery.

• Standard shipping 1 to 6 days.
• Express shipping 1 to 2 business days.
• Overnight shipping 1 business day.
• Same Day/ Next Day Hand Delivery is between 2-12 hours

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at check out, depending on the calendar selection made on the cart page, shipping method, your zip code and products in your cart.

Same Day/Next Day Hand Delivery
We offer same-day/next-day delivery by our in-house courier service for an extra rush charge. Hand Delivery is available to all of NYC, parts of Long Island, Upstate NY and New Jersey. Please note that our courier service is used for same-day or next day deliveries only for eligible zip codes, or if specified in advance via special request.

International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS and costs vary depending on the country selected at checkout. The countries that we currently ship to are listed below.

• Germany

All Vita Rosa Floral arrangements are eligible to ship outside the U.S. to the countries listed below. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit importation of items.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. For any issues with your order status please contact us at info@vita-rosa.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Unfortunately, our arrangements of Long-Lasting Flowers from Vita Rosa® are not eligible for returns. Please also note, that your order cannot be canceled or modified in any way once the order has been placed. Our hope, at Vita Rosa®, is that you fall in love with your gorgeous arrangement.
